Kyle, founder of Hope Christian Counseling
Meet your counselor

Hi, I'm Kyle Hope.

I founded Hope Christian Counseling because I believe strong marriages, healthy families, and lasting hope are worth fighting for. My primary focus is helping couples navigate conflict, restore connection, and rebuild trust through healthier patterns of communication, emotional understanding, and a shared commitment to growth.

I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual abuse, and sexual addiction. My counseling is grounded in a biblical worldview and informed by evidence-based practices, providing care that is both theologically sound and effective.

My counseling style is warm, direct, and unhurried. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply longing for a healthier future, you'll be met with honesty, grace, and hope.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Care you can actually feel.

Every part of this practice is built around one goal: helping you leave each session more grounded, more clear, and more hopeful than when you walked in. Below is what sets us apart from other counseling services.

Biblically Grounded, Clinically Informed

Our understanding of healing, identity, marriage, and restoration is firmly rooted in Scripture and a Christian worldview. We integrate proven counseling methods, relationship research, and trauma-informed care to bring lasting change.

Trusted By Pastors

Pastors and ministry leaders across denominational lines trust this practice for counsel that is both theologically grounded and emotionally wise. We hold to orthodox biblical doctrine and the AACC statement of faith. Find out more about how we partner with churches on our church partnerships page.

Unhurried Sessions

Unlike the traditional 50-minute clinical hour, our individual sessions last a full 60 minutes and couples sessions extend to 75 minutes. That extra time allows for deeper conversation, thoughtful reflection, prayer, and a meaningful close.

Practical Tools for Growth

Counseling doesn't stop when the session ends. Assessments, exercises, and take-home resources help reinforce growth between appointments.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions with convenient evening, late-night, and weekend availability to fit your busy life.

Professional Excellence

Counseling here is guided by both biblical conviction and professional accountability. As a certified counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors, this practice is committed to the highest levels of ethical and faithful Christian counsel.

Kyle was instrumental in helping my husband and I learn better communication, so our marriage is stronger than ever.
I'm in the process of trying to stop smoking. Kyle has given me practical useful tools that align with scriptures. He is helping me to remember how much God loves us all perfectly and unconditionally.
His attentive listening and biblically based counsel brought clarity and peace during a difficult season in my life. Kyle gave me tools to work with to deal with my situation. His wisdom and genuine care reflected Christ's love and made a lasting difference in my life.
From a counseling perspective, Kyle is amazing; its like talking to a friend rather than the stuffy doctor type. Before you know it, you've opened up about things you never thought you'd be able to talk about and can take a deep breath and let it go.
